Role Overview

  • Interio Haven is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive growth and secure new business.
  • You will act as the commercial lead, bridging the gap between our clients and our creative team.
  • Partnering directly with our designers during client pitches, you will translate design language and technical specifications into compelling commercial proposals that win contracts.
  • We are looking for a true 'closer' who takes full ownership of the sales funnel—from the initial meeting to the final signed agreement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Cycle Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales process, including lead qualification, consultative site meetings, commercial proposal submission, and final closing.
  • Design & Pitch Collaboration: Partner with our design team during client presentations to communicate design intent, material palettes, and technical specifications with persuasive clarity.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Leverage your knowledge of fit out cost structures (joinery, MEP, civil works) to negotiate commercial terms and defend project margins while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Technical Translation: Act as the primary commercial communicator, ensuring the design team’s vision is accurately represented in the budget and understood by the client.
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively source and maintain a steady flow of leads to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in interior fit out sales within the UAE market.
  • Closing Record: Demonstrated ability to manage high stakes commercial or residential deals from the initial pitch to the final signed contract.
  • Industry Fluency: Foundational knowledge of interior construction pricing, procurement, and site execution. You must be comfortable discussing costs and negotiating commercial variations confidently.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong ability to work in tandem with design teams, effectively communicating design intent to clients while keeping the commercial objective (the close) in sight.
  • Professional Presence: Excellent English communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly in a high pressure environment.
  • Mobility: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
