Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Sales Executive role based in Dubai, UAE.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with individual traders, institutional clients, and financial partners.
  • Prospect and qualify leads, conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Present tailored brokerage and trading solutions.
  • Manage sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and support.
  • Monitor market trends, gather client feedback, contribute to sales strategies and revenue growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within financial services, brokerage, trading platforms, or related markets.
  • Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, and other trading products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long term relationships with diverse clients.
  • Comfort working with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and online trading platforms.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and organized.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Mandarin) an advantage.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance in financial markets highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in Dubai or Middle East region a plus.
