Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with individual traders, institutional clients, and financial partners
- Prospect and qualify leads
- Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
- Present tailored brokerage and trading solutions
- Manage sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate terms
- Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and support
- Monitor market trends and gather client feedback
- Contribute to sales strategies and revenue growth targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development within financial services, brokerage, or trading platforms
- Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, and other trading products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English required; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Mandarin) an advantage
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance in financial markets highly desirable
- Previous experience in Dubai or Middle East region a plus

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sales Executive role based in Dubai, UAE.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with individual traders, institutional clients, and financial partners.
- Prospect and qualify leads, conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Present tailored brokerage and trading solutions.
- Manage sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and support.
- Monitor market trends, gather client feedback, contribute to sales strategies and revenue growth targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development within financial services, brokerage, trading platforms, or related markets.
- Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, and other trading products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long term relationships with diverse clients.
- Comfort working with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and online trading platforms.
- Self motivated, target driven, and organized.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Mandarin) an advantage.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance in financial markets highly desirable.
- Previous experience in Dubai or Middle East region a plus.
