Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in the showroom, delivering a personalized and high end customer experience
- Understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle to recommend suitable luxury furniture and design solutions
- Drive sales by actively engaging with walk in clients as well as following up on leads and inquiries
- Maintain in depth knowledge of product collections, materials, and design trends
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, interior designers, and architects
- Support showroom visual merchandising and ensure products are presented according to brand standards
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in furniture or interior design
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer centric approach
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
- Passion for luxury products, interior design, and aesthetics
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Professional appearance and attitude aligned with a luxury brand image

Role Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to join the luxury furniture showroom in Dubai.
