- 2–3 years of sales experience in Dubai
- Previous experience using a CRM system
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with inbound, outbound, and cold calling
- Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business)

- Detailing Dynamics LLC is a premium car detailing company in Dubai specializing in PPF, Window Tinting, Graphene Coating, and premium vehicle care.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate new business.
- Conduct cold calling to potential customers and business partners.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Promote services including PPF, Window Tinting, Graphene Coating, Car Detailing.
- Identify partnership opportunities with car dealers, fleet companies, rental companies, and corporate clients.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of sales experience in Dubai
- Previous experience using a CRM system
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with inbound, outbound, and cold calling
- Good follow up and customer relationship management skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business)
- Automotive sales experience is an advantage but not essential
- Marketing or social media experience is a plus
Compensation
- Basic Salary: AED 2,500 per month
- Attractive Commission based on sales performance
