Role Description

  • Seeking a Sales Specialist with strong knowledge of the UAE steel market.
  • Responsible for promoting, selling, and developing steel products across the UAE market.
  • Reports directly to the Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and manage relationships with traders, contractors, fabricators, and distributors.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Expand territory coverage and customer base within the UAE.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Product Knowledge & Market Support

  • Promote and sell steel products including GI Coils, GI Sheets, MS Coils, Plates, Angles, Channels, Beams, Wire Rod, etc.
  • Provide product and commercial support to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Share market feedback with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the GCC steel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE steel market.
  • Proven experience in sales target achievement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Candidate must be currently based in the GCC.

  • Location: JAFZA, Dubai
  • Working Days: 6 days per week
  • Salary: Based on experience
  • Transportation & accommodation provided by the company
