Overview
Pledge Properties is looking for motivated and driven Property Consultants to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential for high performers.
Role Overview
As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on property investments, and closing real estate deals in Dubai’s competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, networking, and referrals
- Contact and follow up with potential buyers and investors
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Present and explain property projects confidently to clients
- Arrange and attend property viewings and meetings
- Negotiate deals and assist in closing sales
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
- Build long-term relationships with buyers and investors
- Stay updated on market trends and new developments
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in sales and client handling
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Passion for real estate and sales
- Experience in real estate or sales is an advantage (not mandatory)
