Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales outreach via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new leads
- Qualify prospects and set up meetings/calls for the team
- Pitch DEFY's services and close deals
- Track outreach activity and maintain a simple pipeline of leads and follow ups
- Work closely with founders/team to refine messaging and targeting over time

- Self motivated and comfortable working independently on a commission structure
- Strong communicator, comfortable reaching out to strangers and handling rejection

Role Overview
- We're looking for a Sales Executive to drive outreach and bring new business into Defy.
- This is a commission based role: you'll be reaching out to prospects, opening conversations, and closing deals.
- This role is best suited to someone early in their career who wants to learn sales in a real, fast moving environment and grow with the company.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound sales outreach (Cold Calling, Email, LinkedIn, and other channels) to generate new leads
- Qualify prospects and set up meetings/calls for the team
- Pitch Defy's services and close deals
- Track outreach activity and maintain a simple pipeline of leads and follow ups
- Work closely with the founders/team to refine messaging and targeting over time
Who We're Looking For
- Genuinely interested in sales, business development, or the agency/creative space
- Self motivated, comfortable working independently on a commission structure
- Strong communicator, comfortable reaching out to strangers and handling rejection
- Coachable and eager to learn, this is a growth role, not a 'know it all' role
