Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand needs and propose tailored digital solutions
- Prospect through calls, emails, networking, and events
- Prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts in line with company guidelines
- Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and technology teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client objectives
- Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor sales performance metrics, and provide regular forecasts and activity reports
- Nurture client relationships and identify upsell and cross sell opportunities
- Represent Voltrazn’s brand and values in the market
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital services, technology, marketing, or related industries
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals
- Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into clear, value driven digital solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working with sales reporting and basic sales analytics
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of or interest in key client sectors such as hospitality, retail/e commerce, real estate, healthcare, or education
- Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the Dubai market are an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience
- Eligibility and willingness to work on site in Dubai and meet clients in person

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sales Executive role based in Dubai.
- The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and conduct client meetings and presentations to understand needs and propose tailored digital solutions.

- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages relevant to the Dubai market are an advantage.
- Eligibility and willingness to work on site in Dubai and meet clients in person as required.
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience required.
