Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and construction companies
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads
- Promote and sell ready mix concrete products to customers
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in a Ready Mix Concrete company in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar construction and ready mix market
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain long term customer relationships
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred
- Transferable visa with NOC required
- Arabic language skills are an advantage

- We are seeking experienced and motivated Sales Executives for our Ready Mix Concrete Factory in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
