Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a tailored luxury shopping experience
- Understand customer preferences and provide personalized product recommendations from our exclusive portfolio
- Develop and nurture long term relationships with clients through effective clienteling, follow ups, and after sales service
- Maintain deep product knowledge and stay informed about the latest market trends and brand updates
- Ensure the showroom is immaculate and visually aligned with brand guidelines at all times
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Support in organizing and executing in store events and promotions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in high end or luxury retail is strongly preferred
- Previous experience with internationally recognized luxury brands is a must
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and build meaningful customer relationships
- Highly presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in Arabic and English
