Job Overview

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and customer focused Sales Executive to join our prestigious luxury retail showroom.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for premium brands, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in luxury sales.
  • You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving sales performance, and upholding the highest standards of visual presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage clients with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a tailored luxury shopping experience.
  • Understand customer preferences and provide personalized product recommendations from our exclusive portfolio.
  • Develop and nurture long term relationships with clients through effective clienteling, follow ups, and after sales service.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and stay informed about the latest market trends and brand updates.
  • Ensure the showroom is immaculate and visually aligned with brand guidelines at all times.
  • Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Support in organizing and executing in store events and promotions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in high end or luxury retail is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience with internationally recognized luxury brands is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and build meaningful customer relationships.
  • Highly presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
