Role Description

  • The Sales Executive role is a full time, on site position based in Doha, Qatar.
  • The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and promote Tejwaans Corporate Group’s business setup and corporate solutions to prospective and existing clients.
  • Daily responsibilities include conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with company targets.
  • The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, providing ongoing support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and contribute to sales strategies and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in lead generation, prospecting, and managing a structured sales pipeline.
  • Strong abilities in client relationship management, account handling, and customer service.
  • Experience in consultative selling, business development, and negotiating commercial terms.
  • Knowledge of corporate services, company formation, or professional services in Qatar or the GCC region is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow up abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and preparing professional proposals and reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proactive mindset, resilience in a target driven environment, and ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
  • Prior experience in on site client facing roles within corporate or consulting environments is preferred.
