Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and map out decision makers across corporate sectors in the UAE using leads, cold calling, and email campaigns
- Conduct virtual discovery calls to understand prospect's operational bottlenecks and introduce tailored solutions
- Create, deliver, and present high impact proposals and product demonstrations articulating ROI
- Own the negotiation phase, handle objections, manage contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets
- Maintain flawless CRM hygiene by tracking and optimizing all deal stages, interactions, and follow ups
Requirements
- 3 5+ years of experience in technical sales, selling software, IT solutions, cloud services, or digital transformation products
- Solid understanding of the UAE business ecosystem and corporate decision making dynamics
- Hunter and closer mindset, comfortable with cold pitching and closing enterprise deals
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, custom software development, CRM systems, and Google Workspace
- Highly disciplined and self motivated for 100% remote work
- Elite verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous

Job Overview
- We are seeking a high energy, relentless Full Cycle Sales Executive who will work on entire sales pipeline in the UAE. Your mission is to hunt down new opportunities, build strong relationships, and close high value digital transformation deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outbound Prospecting: Identify, target, and map out decision makers across corporate sectors using leads, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct virtual discovery calls to understand prospect's operational bottlenecks, introducing tailored solutions (Google workspace, Cloud, CRM, Custom App Dev, Web Analytics).
- The Pitch & Proposal: Create, deliver, and present high impact proposals and product demonstrations that clearly articulate ROI.
- Closing Deals: Own the negotiation phase, handle objections, manage contracts, and drive deals across the finish line to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain flawless CRM hygiene by tracking and optimizing all deal stages, interactions, and follow ups.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven Tech Sales Track Record: 3–5+ years of experience in technical sales, specifically selling software, IT solutions, cloud services, or digital transformation products.
- UAE Market Expertise: A solid understanding of the UAE business ecosystem, purchasing behaviors, and corporate decision making dynamics.
- The 'Hunter & Closer' Mindset: You must be equally comfortable sending cold pitches as you are closing five figure enterprise deals.
- Tech Fluency: Familiarity with modern technology ecosystems (Cloud infrastructure, custom software development, CRM systems, and Google Workspace applications).
- Remote Mastery: Highly disciplined, self motivated, and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision in a 100% remote setup.
- Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
