Role Overview
Universal Carton Industries is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive with B2B sales exposure and packaging industry experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B customers within the packaging sector.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable packaging solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience is required; packaging industry experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented approach is required.
- The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driving licence may be required where applicable.
