Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business.
• Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase company services.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

Operations Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure services are delivered efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage cleaning staff, ensuring they adhere to schedules and service requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation, staff scheduling, and supply management.
• Address and resolve any operational issues or client complaints in a timely manner.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within all operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in a sales or operations role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, negotiation, and customer service.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards in the cleaning industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
