Job Overview
We are a fast-growing Software Development company looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team on a commission-only basis.
This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in their sales abilities and want to earn based on performance.
You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and software services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients for software solutions
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and referrals
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn
- Previous experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory
