Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Christmas decorations, festive displays, seasonal installations, and event décor projects
- Build and maintain relationships with hotels, shopping malls, retail stores, restaurants, corporate offices, schools, and event agencies
- Meet potential clients and present creative decoration concepts and solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
- Coordinate with design and production teams to develop customized festive décor concepts
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to generate leads
- Manage client accounts from inquiry to project completion
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in festive and event décor
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales or business development experience
- Experience in event management, event décor, exhibitions, festive decorations, retail activations, visual merchandising, or related industries
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to suggest innovative decoration concepts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure during peak festive seasons
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- UAE driving license preferred
