Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new bulk purchase clients, including contractors, developers, distributors, and project buyers
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B accounts and long term customers
- Conduct regular client and site visits to generate leads and secure orders
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, tenders, and agreements
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Submit daily sales activity reports
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders until closure
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and credit control for timely order execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities
- Participate in sales meetings and support business development initiatives
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience in the field
- Experience handling bulk sales, tenders, or distributor accounts
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Fluent in English; Arabic or Urdu is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of the UAE construction market and willingness to travel across all Emirates
