Role Overview
Fire Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive for its fire protection business.
The role focuses on developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting fire protection systems, equipment, and services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fire protection and safety sector.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, referrals, and market research.
- Visit clients, consultants, contractors, and project sites to understand requirements.
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and operations teams on technically suitable proposals.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Maintain customer relationships and identify repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, facility management companies, and property owners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, opportunities, quotations, meetings, and sales activities.
- Follow up on purchase orders, contracts, payments, and project execution when required.
- Support customer satisfaction and resolve commercial or service-related concerns.
