The Sales Executive generates and converts leads for company formation and business setup services in Dubai. They advise clients on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore options, achieve sales targets, and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads for company formation and business setup services
- Explain business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore, licenses, visas, PRO services, etc.)
- Convert inquiries into successful sales through calls, meetings, and follow ups
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Update CRM with accurate client and sales information
- Coordinate with operations and PRO teams for smooth client onboarding
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Experience in business setup, consultancy, or B2B sales is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target driven with a strong sales mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM systems
