About the Role

  • Mind Body Soul by Frappy is seeking a proactive and results driven Sales Executive to drive business growth through corporate partnerships, strategic alliances, and direct sales.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding the company's client base across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development and Partnerships: Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with gyms, fitness centers, sports clubs, wellness centers, clinics, schools, and corporate organizations.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective partners.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Establish and nurture long term relationships with partners and key accounts.
  • Sales and Client Acquisition: Generate new leads and convert prospects into active clients.
  • Promote the company's meal plans and wellness services.
  • Achieve individual sales and partnership targets.
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities.
  • Administrative and Reporting Duties: Prepare and submit sales reports and activity updates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and partners.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Valid UAE driving license.
  • Own vehicle available for business travel.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Professional appearance and customer focused approach.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preferred: Experience within the meal plan, food and beverage, hospitality, fitness, health, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
  • Understanding of meal plan operations and subscription based services.
  • Educational background in nutrition, dietetics, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Existing network within corporate wellness, fitness, healthcare, or hospitality sectors.

Working Schedule

  • 6 working days per week.
  • 9 working hours per day.
  • 1 hour lunch break.
  • 3 days office based.
  • 3 days field based.
