Role Overview
NCMS is seeking a proactive, target-driven B2B Sales Executive to support business growth in Makkah.
The role serves customers across catering, food service, hospitality, hotels, accommodation, Hajj and Umrah, corporate, workforce camp, and facilities management sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify customers and business opportunities in Makkah and Jeddah.
- Approach prospects through calls, emails, field visits, and professional networks.
- Conduct customer meetings, present services, develop accounts, and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations; follow up on opportunities and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure proposed services meet customer requirements.
- Monitor markets, customer needs, competitors, and upcoming opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, achieve targets, and represent NCMS professionally.
Workplace and Travel
- The role is based in Makkah and requires regular travel within Makkah and Jeddah for customer visits and business development.
Requirements
- Experience or capability in B2B sales and new business development.
- Strong understanding of the Makkah market.
- Ability to conduct regular customer visits in Makkah and Jeddah.
- Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Ability to negotiate commercial terms while protecting profitability.
