This is a full-time, onsite Sales Executive role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The role focuses on new business development, account management, customer relationships, and commercial growth.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and follow up on leads to close deals.
Manage existing client accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Conduct market research and prepare and deliver sales presentations.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Coordinate with internal teams on order processing and delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records and report on sales performance.
Represent the company professionally and meet sales targets.

Strong sales, negotiation, relationship-building, deal-closing, and revenue-target skills.
Experience in B2B trading or commercial sales, ideally in import/export, wholesale, or related sectors.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Strong organization, time management, documentation, and reporting skills.
Comfort with digital tools and CRM or sales management software.
Ability to work independently onsite, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Prior GCC or similar multicultural experience is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical sales experience.
