About the Role
Eurocliq Middle East seeks a Sales Executive to drive business growth in architectural hardware, ironmongery, and furniture fittings across the UAE. The role involves building relationships with contractors, joiners, and developers, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, joineries, furniture manufacturers, interior fit out companies, hardware retailers, distributors, architects, consultants, and developers
- Promote and sell a comprehensive range of architectural hardware, ironmongery, door hardware, furniture fittings, and related building hardware products
- Meet customers regularly to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while expanding the customer base
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming business opportunities
- Coordinate closely with internal sales, procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE sales experience in Architectural Hardware, Ironmongery, Door Hardware, Furniture Fittings, or related Building Materials
- Proven track record of generating new business and consistently achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the UAE construction, joinery, furniture manufacturing, and fit out industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Self motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM (Zoho) systems is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license is a must

Salary
