Alist.ae is seeking a hungry, results-driven Sales Executive to join their Dubai team. You will close inbound and outbound deals, manage your own pipeline, and build lasting client relationships on a marketplace platform.

Responsibilities
- Managing the full sales cycle from first contact through to close.
- Following up on warm leads passed from the lead generation team.
- Running discovery calls and presenting tailored solutions to clients.

- Negotiating and closing deals in line with company guidelines.
- Building strong post sale relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a closing or business development role.
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding monthly revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication in English — Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms.
- UAE market experience is strongly preferred.
- Background in digital products, marketplaces, or SaaS is a plus.

Role Overview
- Alist.ae is growing fast and we need hungry, results driven Sales Executives to join our Dubai team.
- You will be closing inbound and outbound deals, managing your own pipeline, and building lasting client relationships on one of the UAE's most exciting marketplace platforms.
- This is a closing role. You will carry a monthly revenue target, own the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract, and earn uncapped commission on every deal you close.

The Package
- Base Salary: AED 8,000 – 15,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Commission: 10% flat on all closed deals — uncapped, with top performers earning up to AED 15,000+ in commission.
- KPI Bonus: Monthly bonuses available for exceeding targets.
- Pipeline Support: Warm leads provided by a dedicated lead gen team.
