About The Role
Cosmo Code Cosmetic Trading is seeking a **high-energy, results-driven Female Sales Executive** to promote and sell our premium aesthetic skincare and medical-grade product range.
This role involves both **B2B and B2C sales**, targeting high-end beauty, medical, and wellness clients across the UAE.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in skincare or medical sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering visible results to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical-grade skincare and serum products to:
- Beauty salons & aesthetic clinics
- Dermatology clinics & medical centers
- Pharmacies & parapharmacies
- Wellness & slimming centers
- Spas, beauty lounges & ladies’ clubs
- Fitness centers & boutique gyms
- Beauty retail stores and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide expert advice on skincare products, ingredients, and benefits
- Customize product recommendations based on client needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Close deals and generate sales from the first month
- Stay updated on skincare trends and product knowledge
- Represent the company with professionalism and elegance
Requirements
- **Female candidates only**
- **2–3 years of sales experience** (skincare, aesthetics, dermatology, or luxury retail preferred)
- Proven **outdoor sales experience in the UAE** (B2B preferred; B2C is a plus)
- Strong network within the beauty and healthcare industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized
- Presentable with a professional attitude
- Passion for skincare and client results
