Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries in the UAE
- Manage and grow existing client accounts within the seals, hydraulics, and fluid technology space
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate sealing and hydraulic solutions
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product information to clients
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations team to ensure accurate order fulfilment
- Maintain an active pipeline and report on sales activities, leads, and forecasts
- Attend customer sites, industrial facilities, and field visits as required
- Build and sustain professional relationships with procurement managers, engineers, and technical decision makers
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline
- 0–4 years of experience in technical sales, industrial products, or related field
- Understanding of sealing products, hydraulic systems, and fluid technology
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or product specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self driven, organized, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred
- English required; Tamil or Malayalam preferred; Arabic an advantage

About the Role
- Santoo Sealing Technologies LLC is a specialist industrial sealing and hydraulic services company headquartered at KEZAD, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- We are looking for Sales Executives to join our UAE team in a field and relationship driven role.
- Open to candidates from fresh mechanical engineering graduates to professionals with up to four years of relevant sales or technical experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Experience with CRM tools or basic sales reporting.
