Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Present NSDS products and services to prospective clients
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high service quality
- Maintain accurate sales records and report on pipeline and performance
- Contribute to sales forecasts and market insights
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, OEM, industrial, or technical products
- Strong skills in lead generation, customer relationship management, and negotiation
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and communicate them clearly
- Competence in using CRM systems and standard office software
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Self motivated, target oriented, and comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
- Knowledge of the UAE market and regional trade practices is highly beneficial
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field preferred

Role Description
- This part time Sales Executive role is a hybrid position based in the UAE, combining on site client visits and office meetings with some work from home flexibility.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage and grow existing customer accounts, and present NSDS products and services to prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high service quality.
- Maintain accurate sales records, report on pipeline and performance, and contribute to sales forecasts and market insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, OEM, industrial, or technical products.
- Strong skills in lead generation, customer relationship management, and negotiation.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and communicate them clearly to clients.
- Competence in using CRM systems and standard office software for reporting and documentation.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
