Role Overview

  • We are seeking an exceptional Client Growth Partner to drive strategic business growth by helping enterprise clients unlock the commercial value of Artificial Intelligence.
  • This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for a commercially minded AI advisor who can engage senior executives, understand complex business challenges, identify opportunities for AI adoption, and position innovative AI solutions that improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, increase
  • The successful candidate will become a trusted advisor to C level executives and business leaders, leading consultative conversations around AI strategy, digital transformation, automation, data intelligence, and emerging technologies while expanding long term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies that deliver sustained double digit revenue growth across assigned enterprise clients.
  • Build trusted relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, Chief AI Officers and other senior decision makers.
  • Identify business challenges and advise clients on how AI technologies can transform operations, improve customer experience and create measurable business value.
  • Position AI enabled solutions including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, Data & Analytics, and Digital Transformation services.
  • Lead value based discussions that translate technical AI capabilities into clear commercial outcomes.
  • Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities to expand services across existing and new business units.
  • Work closely with technical architects, AI specialists and consulting teams to develop compelling client solutions.
  • Shape commercial proposals, business cases and executive presentations.
  • Lead commercial negotiations through procurement and contracting processes.
  • Represent the organisation at executive meetings, networking events and industry conferences.
  • Secure executive references, testimonials and long term strategic partnerships with clients.

Key Performance Outcomes

  • Deliver a minimum of 15% year on year growth across assigned accounts.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Expand client engagement across multiple service lines.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Successfully position AI as a strategic business capability within client organisations.
  • Generate high value consulting and technology opportunities.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of client satisfaction and retention.
