Job Summary

  • Shades Global Trading LLC is a premier Middle East distribution hub established in 2013, headquartered in Dubai, UAE.
  • We manage a multi channel portfolio of leading consumer brands in Apparel and Personal Care, including BENCH, BELANTTI, UCF, ZYKER, SPORTZFIT, and DOTTED.
  • We are seeking a target driven Wholesale Sales Specialist to manage and scale our volume distribution network, based on site in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Distribution Growth: Identify, pitch, and secure high volume product listings for apparel and personal care brands within major regional hypermarket and supermarket groups.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary corporate contact for retail buyers and category managers, executing seasonal volume orders and driving account expansion.
  • Product Presentations: Confidently present apparel collections and personal care product lines to corporate retail buyers, highlighting commercial margins and seasonal demand.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms, volume pricing matrices, credit windows, and prominent shelf placement to maximize profitability.
  • Order Fulfillment Coordination: Manage end to end bulk order processing, collaborating closely with logistics and customer service teams to ensure accurate, on time regional delivery.
  • Market Monitoring: Track competitor positioning, regional retail pricing trends, and product performance to provide insights to executive management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Industry Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven B2B wholesale sales or key account management experience specifically within the Apparel, Clothing, or Personal Care sectors.
  • Regional Market Knowledge: Prior UAE/GCC experience is preferred, alongside a strong understanding of consumer goods distribution.
  • Retail Network: Familiarity with the procurement cycles, listing processes, and buying structures of major regional supermarket and hypermarket groups.
  • Core Skills: Exceptional commercial negotiation, professional corporate communication, and client relationship building capabilities.

Pay

  • AED 2,800.00 AED 3,300.00 per month
