Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in water and wastewater treatment
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Conduct site visits and prepare proposals and quotations
- Deliver product presentations and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for solution design
- Track sales pipelines and meet revenue targets
- Provide after sales support and gather market intelligence
Requirements
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment systems (STP, RO, softeners)
- Proficiency in communication and presentation skills
- Skills in proposal writing, pricing, and contract documentation
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage sales pipeline
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or related field preferred
- Experience in industrial or environmental solutions sales within UAE or GCC region an advantage
- Comfort with on site client visits and field work
- Proficiency in standard office and CRM software

- Aquavalour – Water Solutions specializes in comprehensive water and wastewater treatment services including STP systems (MBR, MBBR), RO, and water softening solutions.
- The company manages end to end project delivery covering manufacturing, supply, installation, commissioning, and operations & maintenance.
- Team members contribute to essential environmental and infrastructure projects supporting long term water security and quality.
Role Description
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in water and wastewater treatment.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and promote solutions such as STP, RO, and water softening systems.
- Conduct site visits, prepare proposals and quotations, deliver product presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate solution design.
- Track sales pipelines, meet revenue targets, provide after sales support, and gather market intelligence.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment systems (e.g., STP, RO, softeners) and ability to understand basic technical specifications.
- Proficiency in communication and presentation skills with ability to explain technical solutions in clear, client focused language.
- Skills in proposal writing, pricing, and contract documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work, manage a sales pipeline, and meet defined sales targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in industrial or environmental solutions sales within the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
- Comfort with on site client visits, field work, and collaboration with cross functional technical teams.
- Proficiency in standard office and CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
