Company Description

  • Aquavalour – Water Solutions specializes in comprehensive water and wastewater treatment services including STP systems (MBR, MBBR), RO, and water softening solutions.
  • The company manages end to end project delivery covering manufacturing, supply, installation, commissioning, and operations & maintenance.
  • Team members contribute to essential environmental and infrastructure projects supporting long term water security and quality.

Role Description

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in water and wastewater treatment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and promote solutions such as STP, RO, and water softening systems.
  • Conduct site visits, prepare proposals and quotations, deliver product presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate solution design.
  • Track sales pipelines, meet revenue targets, provide after sales support, and gather market intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment systems (e.g., STP, RO, softeners) and ability to understand basic technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in communication and presentation skills with ability to explain technical solutions in clear, client focused language.
  • Skills in proposal writing, pricing, and contract documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work, manage a sales pipeline, and meet defined sales targets and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in industrial or environmental solutions sales within the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
  • Comfort with on site client visits, field work, and collaboration with cross functional technical teams.
  • Proficiency in standard office and CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
