- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial discussions
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contractual requirements
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunity pipelines within the CRM system
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management
- Coordinate with engineering, finance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate proposal submissions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or commercial sales
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage

Qualifications

- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage due to regular interaction with regional clients and business partners.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in aerospace, defense, aviation, engineering, technology, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Understanding of commercial sales processes, tendering, and customer relationship management.
- Experience working with government entities, corporate clients, or enterprise customers within the UAE or GCC region.
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
