Sales Executive

Welcome customers and identify their vehicle requirements through effective consultation.

Present and demonstrate Volkswagen vehicles, explaining features, specifications, performance, and benefits.

Promote Ali & Sons value-added services, including vehicle registration, insurance, finance options, and after-sales services.

Recommend suitable accessories and optional equipment to enhance the customer's ownership experience.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the dealership's overall sales performance.

Prepare accurate quotations, explain pricing, discounts, financing options, and payment plans.

Keep customers informed about current vehicle availability and upcoming Volkswagen models.

Coordinate vehicle deliveries with the New Car Storekeeper to ensure a smooth handover process.

Liaise with the Customer Relations Representative to facilitate vehicle registration and insurance documentation.

Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience , preferably within the automotive industry.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.

Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

using CRM systems is an advantage.
