- Manage client requirements including site visits, volume estimation, and mix design coordination
- Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Negotiate contracts and achieve assigned sales, market share, and profit targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and resolve client issues
- Monitor quotations, orders, and payment collections effectively
- Strengthen relationships with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders while promoting the TOUQ brand
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete / cement / construction sales
- Strong knowledge of concrete technology and ready mix products
- Proven ability in sales negotiation, client relationship management, and account handling

Job Overview

Required Qualifications

- Proven ability in sales negotiation, client relationship management, and account handling.
