Sales Executive

Ajil is a tech-enabled last-mile delivery platform serving retailers, restaurants, e-commerce brands and enterprise clients across Qatar.

We combine a managed rider fleet with our own dispatch and tracking technology to give businesses reliable, scalable delivery.

We're growing fast and need a hunter to open new accounts.

You'll own new-client acquisition from lead to signed contract.

This is a field-heavy, target-driven role: identify businesses that need delivery, get in front of decision-makers, pitch Ajil's offering, and close.

• Build and work a pipeline of prospects across retail, F&B, e-commerce, pharmacy, and FMCG distribution
• Cold-call, visit, and network to secure meetings with owners, operations heads, and procurement leads
• Present Ajil's delivery solutions and technology, tailoring proposals to each client's volumes and SLAs
• Prepare quotations and rate cards, negotiate commercial terms, and close contracts
• Coordinate onboarding handover with the operations team
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report weekly on pipeline, conversions, and revenue
• Track competitor activity and market pricing in Qatar
• Meet and exceed monthly acquisition and revenue targets

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in Qatar; logistics, courier, delivery, e-commerce, or FMCG background strongly preferred
• Proven record of closing new accounts, not just managing existing ones
• Existing network among Qatar retailers, restaurants, or e-commerce businesses is a major plus
• Fluent English; Arabic a strong advantage
