Role Description
The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.
The role drives new business and nurtures client relationships across events, branding, digital, and interior design services.
Sales Responsibilities
- Prospect for and qualify leads, conduct client meetings and presentations, and prepare tailored proposals and quotations.
- Collaborate with creative and project teams to align client expectations and ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery.
- Manage the sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, and report on performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- Attend industry events, network with potential clients, and contribute to growth-focused sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, negotiation, consultative selling, and deal-closing skills are required.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, CRM systems, and basic sales reporting is required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
- Understanding of event management, branding, digital design, or interior design services is required.
- Organization, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities are required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical sales experience, is required.
- Previous sales experience in advertising, creative agencies, events, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- English proficiency is required; Arabic or additional languages are advantageous.
