Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct product demonstrations and meetings with clients by phone, video call, or in person.
- Prepare quotations and proposals, address client concerns, and close deals while meeting targets.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support for repeat business.
- Track pipeline activity and record client interactions using CRM software.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of proven sales or customer-facing commercial experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, active listening, and strong negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho and general office software.
- High self-motivation, resilience, and a target-driven mindset.
- At least 2 years of experience in interior design fitout.
- A UAE driving license is mandatory.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 5,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
