Sales Executive

We are looking for a presentable, confident, and motivated female Sales Executive to join our team in the home fragrance industry.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in home perfumes, candles, reed diffusers, or related fragrance products, with strong communication and sales skills.

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and businesses.
• Conduct sales meetings and product presentations.
• Distribute product samples and introduce our home fragrance products to potential customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Represent the brand professionally during client meetings and business visits.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales.
• Coordinate with the team regarding orders and client requirements.
• Be willing to occasionally work from or visit our warehouse in Ajman when required.

• Female candidate preferred.
• Previous sales experience in home fragrances, candles, reed diffusers, perfumes, or a similar industry.
• Knowledge of candles and home fragrance products is highly preferred.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Arabic speaking is preferred, as the role involves meeting and communicating with Arabic-speaking clients.
• Previous experience conducting business meetings and client presentations.
• Confident, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Presentable appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Target-oriented and motivated by achieving sales goals.
• Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Good organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• UAE driving license is a plus.

• 5 days per week
• UAE-based position
• Our warehouse is located in Ajman, and occasional visits may be required.

• Starting salary: AED 1,500/month
• Salary will be reviewed and increased after the probation/initial period based on performance and mutual agreement.
• Additional incentives/commission may be discussed based on the agreed sales targets.

This is a target-based sales position, so we are looking for someone who is genuinely confident in sales, comfortable approaching new clients, conducting meetings, distributing samples, and working towards measurable results.
