Role Overview
Seeking a motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executive for a growing team.
The role generates new business, manages customer relationships, closes sales, and contributes to marketing and business development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls and follow up with inbound and outbound leads.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and recommending suitable services.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present company services and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in Zoho CRM.
- Manage leads throughout the sales cycle and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate customer onboarding and service delivery with internal teams.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documentation.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support and meet individual and team KPIs.
- Stay updated on company services and industry trends.
Candidate Profile
- The candidate should be motivated, target-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable with cold calling and lead management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
