Role Overview
Eastman Ceramic is hiring an experienced Sales Executive specializing in ceramic tiles and building materials.
The role is located in the UAE and is listed as full-time.
Compensation
- The listed salary is AED 2,200 per month plus commission.
- Commission is based on sales performance.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in ceramic tile sales.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good problem-solving and logical thinking.
- Professional communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Showroom or building materials sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to convert quotations into sales.
- Willingness to handle urgent customer follow-ups when required.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and close sales.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Handle customer concerns and provide post-sale service.
- Maintain strong and professional client relationships.
- Develop repeat business and new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with showroom, warehouse, and operations teams.
- Achieve sales targets and support company growth.
