Role Overview
This is a three-month paid internship leading to a potential full-time role based on performance.
The role combines sales and operations coordination for event staffing services.
Full training will be provided.
Workplace and Location
- The role is 100% remote.
- Candidates must reside in the UAE during the internship phase.
Client and Inquiry Management
- Manage incoming inquiries and respond promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with clients and understand their requirements in detail.
- Prepare accurate inquiries and estimates and generate invoices.
Staffing and Event Coordination
- Shortlist suitable staff and draft job proposal messages for them.
- Check staff availability and confirm bookings.
- Coordinate with staff before, during, and after each event.
