Coordinate with internal teams on client onboarding and documentation when required.
Stay updated on forex markets, trading terminology, financial products, and industry developments.
Monitor competitor offerings and market trends.
Maintain professional and compliant communication with prospective and existing clients.

Ability to introduce and explain forex, trading, financial markets, and related products clearly and professionally.
