Role Overview
Giovanni L – Gelato de Luxe is seeking a friendly, confident, and flexible Sales Executive for its gelato shop.
The role involves customer service, product sales, order handling, and general shop support.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in the UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Recommend and sell gelato, desserts, coffee, and other products.
- Handle orders, payments, and POS transactions.
- Maintain a clean and presentable shop.
- Assist with opening, closing, and general shop duties.
- Work flexibly according to business needs.
Requirements
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Reliable and flexible with working hours.
- Previous retail, food and beverage, or customer-service experience is preferred.
- Barista or coffee-making experience is a bonus.
- Must be based in the UAE and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–AED 3,500 per month.
