Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients.
- Promote the company's portfolio of UPS systems, batteries, generators, and solar solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate terms and close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide after sales support.
- Track market trends and maintain accurate records in the sales CRM.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in power solutions, electrical equipment, or related industries.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building with commercial and industrial clients.
- Ability to prepare and deliver clear sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Effective negotiation, closing, and objection handling skills.
- Solid understanding of UPS systems, batteries, generators, and solar solutions, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Competence in using CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable in a fast paced commercial environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience in the GCC market and valid eligibility to work in the UAE are preferred.
