Role Overview
Sales & Events Manager position at Tattu Dubai in Dubai Marina, Dubai, UAE.
The role focuses on sales generation, event bookings, business growth, and relationship development.

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and proactively find new business.
- Drive sales performance and work toward assigned targets.
- Increase booking inquiries and track conversion rates.
- Build relationships with corporate bookers, agencies, and event planners.
- Create bespoke events and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify engagement opportunities.
- Prepare regular conversion-rate reports for stakeholders.
- Align internal teams around targets and increased bookings.
- Support personalized attention for VIP guests with the Guest Relations Manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the same role within Dubai is required.
