Job Overview
The Sales & Events Coordinator supports the Director of Sales and Sales Team with commercial administration and coordination.
The role works with Sales, Reservations, Food and Beverage or Banquet, Front Office, and other hotel departments.
Sales Administration
- Maintain accurate records of sales agreements, contracts, proposals, quotations, correspondence, and approved commercial documents.
- Prepare and update sales presentations, hotel presentations, proposals, quotations, fact sheets, and sales collateral.
- Support preparation of corporate contracts, agreements, rate proposals, offer letters, and other commercial documentation.
- Coordinate documents for internal review, approval, and signature and maintain records of executed agreements.
- Maintain Sales Kits, sales databases, account information, client contacts, mailing lists, and commercial records.
