- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and translate them into effective VFD solutions
- Conduct detailed site surveys and application analyses to identify opportunities for VFD integration and optimization
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for VFDs during the pre sales and post sales phases
