About the Role
SADAF AL BAHAR TECHNICAL SERVICES is seeking a Sales Engineer with 3-5 years of sales experience in fire fighting, fire alarm, or MEP industry in the UAE. The role involves developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in fire fighting, fire alarm, or MEP industry in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and UAE regulations
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
