Job Summary

  • NAFFCO is seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Engineer to join its Smart Building Systems (SBS) division. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and driving sales growth across Smart Building solutions. This rol

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for Smart Building Systems.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and government sectors.
  • Promote and sell Smart Building Solutions including Building Management Systems (BMS), Home Automation (HA), Guest Room Management System (GRMS), Lighting Control System (LCS) & EV Charger.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, system integrators, and end users.
  • Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to promote NAFFCO's Smart Building Solutions.
  • Prepare techno commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in coordination with the estimation and engineering teams.
  • Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Maintain an up to date sales pipeline, customer database, and forecast reports using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Smart Building Systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), Home Automation (HA), Guest Room Management System (GRMS), Lighting Control System (LCS) & EV Charger within the UAE/GCC.
  • Strong understanding of tendering, techno commercial proposals, and contract negotiations.
