Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for Smart Building Systems
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and government sectors
- Promote and sell Smart Building Solutions including BMS, Home Automation, GRMS, Lighting Control System, and EV Charger
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, system integrators, and end users
- Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
- Prepare techno commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in coordination with estimation and engineering teams
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
- Maintain up to date sales pipeline, customer database, and forecast reports using CRM tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Smart Building Systems, BMS, Home Automation, GRMS, Lighting Control System, or EV Charger within UAE/GCC
- Strong understanding of tendering, techno commercial proposals, and contract negotiations
