We're Hiring: Sales Engineer - Construction & Waterproofing
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our growing team.
About The Role
We are seeking a driven Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in construction project sites and site-related sales.
The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge of waterproofing systems and construction materials with strong commercial skills, capable of engaging clients directly on-site and converting technical needs into sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience specifically in waterproofing systems and solutions
- Experience in technical or site-related sales within the construction industry is preferred
- Proven experience with waterproofing materials, systems, and application techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work on active construction sites and engage with site engineers, contractors, and project managers
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and site standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and sales cycles simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools and AutoCAD is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct site visits and client engagement
- Present and promote waterproofing products and construction solutions to engineers, contractors, and consultants on-site
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and sales reports
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Evaluate project needs and recommend the most suitable waterproofing solutions
- Follow up on leads, tenders, and ongoing projects to close sales and maintain client relationships
- Ensure full understanding of product specifications and communicate them effectively on-site
