Role Description
- This is a full time on site role for a Sales Engineer based in the Riyadh Region.
- Key responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, assessing client needs, and providing technical solutions aligned with UMC’s product offerings.
- You’ll also work closely with customers to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure long term business relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Engineering and a thorough understanding of technical concepts
- Experience in facade works at least 3 5 years.
- Proven abilities in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, including presentation and relationship management
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills to assess and address customer needs effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field required
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems to support technical and sales processes is preferred
- Familiarity with the construction or metal manufacturing industry is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage time effectively
